The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 7-10 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

What are the delivery charges?
 
  1. Delivery charge varies with each Product and Seller. Delivery charge may be removed by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum value which is decided by seller.
 
What is the Maximum/Estimated delivery time?
 
  1. Products are procured from Sellers and shipped within the time specified depending on product.  Total delivery days exclude Public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time depends on Seller, Product's availability and delivery location.
 
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
 
  1. You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
 
Seller cannot ship to my area. Why?
 
  1. Please enter your pin code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Service at your location depends on whether seller can to your location, Legal restrictions and availability of reliable courier partners in your location
 
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
 
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
 
  1. Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
 
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
 
  1. The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
 
While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 3-4 days.
 
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
 
 If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at touch@munafa.co.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall
make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Please note all items (including gifts) will shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
